Refund policy

Thank you for being a LOVER!

You must first request a return or exchange and the reason for the return. This will help provide you with the best customer service possible.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately via email at Love@mettalusso.com

  • Email: love@mettalusso.com for return authorization.
  • Returns are only for items purchased within 30 days. If the purchase date exceeds 30 days, returns and exchanges are not allowed. Returns and exchanges must be in the original package, unused and unopened and in original condition.
  • Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You pay for return shipping costs.
  • Approved returns and exchanges received will be received and inspected in about 48-72 hours and your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Exchanges will also be processed within 48-72 hours. Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to 7 additional business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

If you requested an exchange:

  • Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your exchange will be processed. You will receive an email with updated tracking information for your new products.
  • Your return will be processed as quickly as possible and may take up to 72 hours.
  • It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation can be processed more efficiently. Customized products are all final sale, and returns are not allowed. If any products are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
